Mackenzie Back Exercises for weak backs

Created by McKenzie some years ago, these muscle building back exercise can help to strengthen the back.

Whilst exercise is more commonly ued in sports, MacKenzie introduced these safe lower back exercises that can be done at home, at the gym or in just about any surroundings.

Back pain is often exacerbated or made worse by weak lower back muscles which these simple exercises can help to strengthen and hence reduce the frequency of pain and muscle spasm.

Do check with your doctor if you have a history of back, scoliosis, injury or disc problems, to ensure that your physician is happy before embarking this preventative treatment.

This can be a simple method of alleviating back pain, in your lower or upper back areas, simply by exercising for a few minutes each day.
